Breathing is fundamental to our existence, there is nothing more crucial for our continued life, than the ability to breath. It is both the first and the last act that we will complete.
We can go weeks without food, days without water, but only moments without precious air. It is a tragedy, even and epidemic, that the picmajority of people on this earth, do not how to breath correctly.

Lazy breathing converts the lungs, into an hospital of germs, where the diseased, dying, and dead germs are are disposed, while new harmful germs are born. Therefore it is imperative, that we begin to change our mindset from "breathing to live", to "living to breath".
